Detailed Product Description

Drilling hole method: Adopt rotating drilling principle, i.e. kelly bar and drilling bucket are pull by wire rope of winch, driven by rotary head to rotate Clockwise or Counterclockwise, (rotated clockwise and counterlockwise by rotation driven system). Interlocking kelly bar is driven by crowd cylinder and trasfer pressure to the drilling bucket. After the bucket is filled with clay, kelly bar and bucket will be pull up from the hole by main winch, and dump the clay, thus one working cycle is finished. Repeat the above working cycle is to achieve drilling depth required).

Main Feature:

1) Undercarriage and upper base

It is equipped with the chassis of Yucai excavator YC135 which it is first classic brand in China; the engine is  original Cummins engine imported from USA. and hydraulic key components are  original from Japanese Kawasaki.

2) Rotary head

 The distance from mast to the swing centre of the rotary head is 1000mm; the torque of the rotary head is 125 kNm,  and can reach max. 150 kNm.

3) Support legs

With the structure of two manual support legs fixed with undercarriage , it immensely ensure the stability of rig in drilling hole.)  The support legs can be foldaway in travelling and remove in transportation, as the result which meet request of transportation and be easy for maintenance and operation.  There is each support leg 45°left and right on the front of the rig respectively, and also  another one support leg 45°left and right back of the rig respectively. the length of horizontal extension is 2000mm, which prevent to tip over of rig in drilling and ensure rigs outstanding performance. 

4) Mast

Adopt 450 x 450mm box-type structure, with 8m length and consist of 3 sections, which is foldable. The length of the lower section: 1385mm, the length of the middle section: 5155mm, the length of the upper section: 1500mm. With three sections, the dimensions of the machine in transportion is as small as possible, in addition, prevent the prevent the deformation of the mast in transportation, It is  very easily and quickly to assemble and disassemble for three-section mast.,

5) Cylinder of the mast

Adopt double cylinders for support structure. The mast can be very conveniently sticked up by one person. The structure can also ensure the stability of the rig greatly and it is convenient to adjust the mast side, forward and backward inclination, which prevent tipping of the rig when it is travelling.

6) Manual and automatic leveling system(adopt products from Shanghai PALFIN)and Bathymetric systems

To adjust the Verticality of the mast manually, Operate with electronic control handle,easy and convenient. Equipped with automatic leveling system, but use it limitedly to prevent tipping of the rig. 2038 Host controller, AT3000 display,Tilt Sensor, Electronic Control Handle, etc. make professional Electronic Control System of our rig.

7) Earth-moving dozer blade

To retain the original features of earth-moving machines to facilitate the process of land formation in the course of construction. However, because the weight of the rig is increased, not recommended to omit auxiliary machinery such as cranes and forklift trucks.
